Thanksgiving Reheating Instructions

All food is fully cooked, we suggest heating to the temperature that you prefer. The black bottom containers with film are oven safe up to 300°F degrees; remove film and heat in 300°F oven.

We suggest placing black bottom containers on a sheet tray for stability.

 

BAKED BRIE

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Brie in freezer for 30 minutes, then place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cheese may ooze out slightly. Serve with multigrain crackers.

 

ROASTED TURKEY

Temper the Turkey outside of the refrigerator for 1 hour prior to reheating. Add 1 cup of water to aluminum base and bake covered at 300°F for 30 minutes; uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

 

MASHED POTATOES & SWEET POTATOES

Stovetop: Warm in a pot over low heat; stir occasionally until smooth and hot. If potatoes get too thick, add additional liquid to reach desired thickness.

OR Oven: covered at 300°F oven for 20-30 minutes.

 

MAPLE ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS & BROWN SUGAR ROASTED CARROTS

Bake at 300°F oven uncovered for 10 minutes.

 

STUFFING

For a crispier top bake uncovered at 300°F for 3-5 minutes.

 

TURKEY GRAVY

Stovetop: Transfer gravy to a medium saucepot and place over medium heat, stirring until hot.

 

All oven temperatures vary.

Reduce temperature by 25 degrees when using convection.
